A deep, dark red colour, this wine has aromas of eucalyptus, menthol, blackcurrant and spice. There's sweet berry fruit with a touch of aniseed on the palate, that flows into a tight, robust and velvety finish. Beautifully integrated tannins.

Description

The fruit for this Cabernet was estate grown on glacial sands over ironstone. The long ripening period produced fruit of outstanding quality.  This wine will enhance rich meat dishes.

Grown in the Southern Fleurieu in glacial sands over ironstone, on a vertically shoot positioned trellis with a north-west aspect, 300m above sea level.
