Description

The fruit for this Cabernet was estate grown on the Fleurieu Peninsula in a cool maritime climate perfect for developing complex Cabernet flavours.

This Cabernet goes well with rich meat dishes such as lamb chops marinated with rosemary or kangaroo fillets grilled rare.
