Description

Cool climate conditions during ripening are well suited for producing this savoury style of wine made fro 85% Pinot Norr and 15% Savagnin: dry, tangy and refreshing.

Vintage report

Grown in the Southern Fleurieu in glacial sands over ironstone, on a vertically shoot positioned trellis with a north-west aspect, 300m above sea level. Harvested in March 2015.
